Content


  • Sour paste - 4 tbsp
  • Coriander masala paste - 3 - 4 tbsp
  • Black salt - 1 tbsp or to taste
  • Salt - half a tablespoon or so to taste

Recipe


  • To make spicy sour water, add mango sour paste and green cilantro spice paste in a large bowl.
  • Now add 1 liter of water and mix it. 
  • Then add black salt, plain white salt and roasted cumin powder and mix well with all the spices.
  • Tasty spicy sour water is ready.




2 Sour-sweet water



Content


  • Mango sour paste - 4 tbsp
  • Coriander spice paste - 2 -3 tsp
  • Roasted cumin seeds - 1 spoon
  • Black salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Salt - half a tablespoon or so to taste
  • Sugar - Half a cup (100 g)
  • Fennel powder - 1 tsp
  • Green cardamom - half a tablespoon




Recipe


  • In a large bowl, add mango sour paste and green cilantro spice paste.
  • Now add cumin powder, black pepper, plain white salt, sugar, dill powder, cardamom powder and 
  • 1 liter of water and mix until sugar dissolves.
  • Golgappa's delicious sweet water is ready.



3 Lemon hinge water

  • Lemon - 2
  • Hinge - A little over 1 pinch
  • Cilantro Masala Paste - 2 tbsp
  • Black salt - 1 tsp or to taste
  • Roasted cumin seeds - 1 spoon
  • Salt - less than half a teaspoon or to taste




Recipe


  • Add lemon juice to the pot to make lemon water.

  • Tamarind pulp 1 cup

  • 2 tablespoons red chilli powder
  • Roasted cumin powder: 1 spoon
  • Black salt to taste

  • Chaat masala 1 tsp
  • Lemon 1






Recipe
